Divis Construction was founded by Frederik (Fred) Rijkens to provide high quality repair and maintenance services. Divis is the surname of his ancestors from Switzerland. Fred and his wife live in NW Houston and own a Lakehouse in Cape Royale.
Fred gained a Masters Degree in Engineering in 1983, and has been managing extensive projects across the globe for over 30 years. Divis Construction specialize in specific types of home repairs and maintenance. Our wealth of experience adds great value to every project we undertake.
